I always have a good time shooting this event…probably in part because I get to stay in out of the heat
It kicked off with a Pairings Party at the Rendezvous (who donates a lot year after year. A lot a lot. Support them!)
Meet 17-year-old Wesley. He thought he and his band were at the party to play a few songs as a “wish kid on the waiting list,” but soon found out the wait was over. His wish to record an album in Nashville with the band was granted!

The one on the right is Patriots kicker Stephen Gostkowski. His “wish kid team captain” Marion just so happens to be a big Patriots fan. When Stephen found out, he dropped what he was doing to run out to his truck to grab a little something for him.
Marion was beaming the rest of the day and wasn’t about to put that football down (see below).
